Karma Class is a giving back to the community and is designed to be affordable to all.
at 7:30 pm – Chanting and Meditation. ($5)
For those interested to learn more about Nada (sound) yoga, we collectively study the theory of Nada Yoga after chanting, 8:45-9:45 pm.

For daytime parking you are welcome to use Municipal parking,
located at Locke St. and King St. The parking lot is right
next to GILBERT'S BIG AND TALL MAN CLOTHING STORE,
and it is 50 cents an hour. It is 3 minutes walk to Shanti.
Other places to park are George St., Canada St., Jackson St., Pearl St.,
Margaret St. (only where 3 hours parking are indicated.)
You are welcome to join classes anytime. Your first week is your trial week for $22, mix & match unlimited yoga classes.
